Navigate our beautiful waters safely. Join Cape Lazo Squadron & become a part of our legacy of safe boating.

Who We Are
Formed on July 26 1960, Cape Lazo Squadron was a part of the Canadian Power Squadron, now known as CanBoat, under the initiative of local boaters seeking a better understanding of local waters and the fellowship of like-minded boaters.

What We Do
Today, this group of experienced volunteers dedicates their time to training boaters on how to enjoy our beautiful waters safely. We strive to create a community centred around safety and education.

Providing Education on Boating
Safety on the water is vital, and it’s important that you are prepared when leaving the dock. We offer boat safety and handling courses to help you and your family stay safe on the water.
